The advantage for the machine

1. We have white ink. Print first on the dark material the white ink, and then the image you want.

2. Long-distance color calibration. With our unique software and unique idea, we can do color calibration at home when u need it. you need only fax the printed image by the our ink jet and the other printing effect you want(by any other machine), and send us by email, we can send u back the calibrated version immediately. No trouble for ICC, no headache of the cost or the shortage of skilled employees.

3. Copy the work multiply. In the case you need the same image, several copys. Now no need to be sticked with computer with each single work with our machine. You work on the computer and click out how many copys you want and then turn to the printer, put on the cloth and take off the printed image. That's all.

4. If unfortunately you meet head clog with one of colors, no need for you to change all the others which will cost more. Now with our software, you can exchange any color here.

You know we use Epson 4800 and there are 8 ink cartridges. With our software, you can make it double CMYK, or CMYK with 4 white ink, or CMYK with LC, LM, Ly, Lk, or 2K, CMY, and 3 white. Any arrangement you like.

Ink jet printing process

1.       Printing on white cloth

a.       preparing work: turn on the machine and put a neat cloth on the printing pallet

b.       run the program for printing, import the image you want to print, and set the size of printing.

c.       Click Printing and wait.

d.       Take the cloth down from the pallet and put it for curing(by heating press or tunnel curing)

2.       Printing on dark cloth

a.       preparing work: turn on the machine and put a neat cloth on the printing pallet

b.       run the program for printing, import the image you want to print, and set the size of printing.

c.       Click the sign for getting the preview of the white-ink-printed-image

d.       Click Print out the outline and brush or spray within the outline a kind of pretreatment

e.       Click Print out the image in white ink and cure it

f.        Print the CMYK ink as done on white cloth

g.       Take the cloth down from the pallet and put it for curing(by heating press or tunnel curing)
